Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from SanitexAir at www.sanitexair.com. SanitexAir is based in Doncaster, United Kingdom.

Products and prices. Cube collection products (The Cube, CUBE Lite and The Cube Professional) and SANITEXAIR Smart+ can be bought directly on this site at the price shown. All other systems (Steel, Compact, MATE, VMC and Internal) are priced on request and are not sold at a checkout price. For those systems we provide a written quote and the quote sets out the price, lead time, delivery and warranty terms.

Orders. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If a product is unavailable or a price is shown in error, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Payment. Prices are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout for online purchases and as agreed in the quote for commercial systems.

Delivery. See our Shipping policy. We deliver Cube collection orders worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duty and tax outside the United Kingdom are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Returns. See our Return and refund policy.

Use of products. Our systems use NTP technology. Please install and use them in line with the instructions supplied. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by installation that does not follow those instructions.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
