Shipping policy

SanitexAir dispatches from the United Kingdom.

We deliver Cube collection orders worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout for the destination you enter. United Kingdom Cube prices include UK delivery. If checkout shows no rate, email hello@sanitexair.com.

Commercial systems (Steel, Compact, MATE, VMC and Internal) are priced on request. Delivery for those systems is agreed when we quote.

United Kingdom Standard is usually a few working days after dispatch. International orders take longer and depend on customs. We send tracking when the parcel leaves us.

Orders outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duty, tax or brokerage. Those charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete address or a missed collection, we will contact you to rearrange. Extra shipping may apply.
