Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your SanitexAir purchase.

Cube collection: if a Cube is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Email hello@sanitexair.com first so we can give you return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item reaches us and has been checked.

Faulty or damaged items: contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund.

Commercial systems (Steel, Compact, MATE, VMC and Internal) are priced and quoted in writing. Returns, cancellations and warranty for those systems follow the terms of the written quote.
